Putting down in black and white what you are thinking gives you a clearer picture of your train of thoughts. Take out a piece of paper, or simply turn on your laptop. You'll find that as you write or type, new ideas will come rushing in.

Have you ever had the problem with clarifying your thoughts? It is hard at times to come clear with what we are thinking and what we have experienced. Try to talk to someone, make them listen and question you as you speak. Do not worry if you are struggling to find the right words, this is a sign that you are rationalizing and bridging your thoughts. You will only understand if you get your thoughts out there.

When you are writing down the ideas, you will find easier to understand your own thoughts. Write what you think. It's a process of transforming your ideas into words, with logical thinking. This is absolutely an advantage.

You are actually training your 'explain power' while you write down what is only half-understood by yourself. When people are made to put thoughts into logical words and sentences, they are defining the rationale behind what they think and feel. This progression onto a sensible definition is indeed a way to understand and explain unresolved problems to yourself.

Writing is a problem-solving technique. Keeping your own journal and book of thoughts will help you with comprehension. Say you are stuck with a dilemma and you cannot come up with a solution. Just explain to yourself, in written form, whatever ideas that you have. Do not bother if they are not at all feasible. Sometimes out of the blue, what you have put down on the paper will turn into the perfect solution!

Writes usually does not write something they have already understood. They prefer to write something that they does not fully understand and they really want to learn it. So try to write a book about a topic that you want to learn better.

I strongly agree that writing is a great tool to better thinking. For me, I really have a much better understanding of this thinking method, after I finished writing this article.

You can always write. For example, you can write a letter to your friends about something you are learning. You can also write an explanation of the problem you need to tackle. Writing is such a useful tool for better learning. So start writing now!

Common factors that trigger this event include over exercising, not eating enough food and injecting to much insulin. Someone suffering from hypoglycemia is in need of sugar.

The emergency measures are the same for both conditions. If the person is conscious, getting them something to eat or drink, such as orange juice, milk, or a candy bar will help reduce symptoms. Then get medical help as quickly as possible.

What are the early signs?

Elevated urinary output: Occurs due to elevated glucose levels and the body's attempt to get rid of it. Blood glucose test: Normal values for glucose is around 110 mg/dl. A reading of 126 mg/dl or more is indicative of diabetes. If your blood sugars are high on two occasions of testing, the diagnosis is most likely diabetes.
